Working on the next Bible…

Our ministries work is enabling people to encounter the God of the Bible, through the words of the Bible. Since the beginning of time technology has always had a dramatic effect on the way the Bible has been communicated. From papyrus, to clay, to print, Bible distribution has increased exponentially. And each leap has required vision, self sacrifice, and substantial resources from many God’s people.  But God’s original method of communicating His Word– face to face, has always been by far the most effective. Filled with emotional, audio, and visual content scientists have re-discovered what God has known all along; that we understand and remember best when we receive information face to face.

Ironically today’s technology is enabling us to reproduce the Bible in this optimum method of communication. The Face to Face Bible is under construction. Imagine having a Bible on your phone, your computer, your TV that allowed you to watch it word-for-word, or in the chronological order the events actually took place. You could search and watch by topic, or just listen. You could turn on text, maps, and a variety of other onscreen options. This format will not only transform the portability and accessibility of God’s Word, but it will dramatically increase the understanding and memorization of the Scriptures.
